guy at the counter wasn’t very friendly :( i ordered an iced coffee and he thought i got a cold brew, my bf tried to correct him he got an even bigger attitude and then handed this back as my vanilla iced coffee, which is obviously just straight creamer. my boyfriend was obviously getting upset with the guy so we just left, but was really devastating to feel like such an inconvenience for wanting a coffee. which i couldn’t even finish the coffee it was so gross. i hope he has a better day and starts treating customers a little nicer.

My wife's iced coffee tasted like cleaning solution. The rest of our meal was great but I had to toss her coffee ... We all should know how that goes. Thanks a lot.

I cannot recommend this establishment. My experience with the smoked brisket sandwich was unsatisfactory, as the meat portion was minimal and unevenly distributed. I regret not documenting this, but I transferred the available meat to my husband's sandwich to ensure at least one of us had a more complete meal. While this location may be suitable for egg bagels, I suggest sourcing ingredients from a grocery store for other items to ensure a more satisfying outcome.

This review is to let others know that if you happen to deal with Amber be aware. At that point it is best to just get your bagel and leave. She is a horrible representation of the company. If you plan to order online through DoorDash, be aware that the menu does not allow you to select a cheese option only no cheese. I previously called about this and was told it was a system issue and that I could simply call to let them know which cheese I wanted. That solution worked fine. Today however my experience was very different. When I called Amber answered the phone without any greeting and was immediately dismissive. She stated she was the owner or manager and insisted that due to company policy she could not accommodate a simple cheese change despite DoorDash stating that cheese selection is available and despite the menu clearly being incomplete. What should have been a quick clarification turned into a nearly 20 minute call with no resolution. The issue was not the policy it was the tone and lack of basic customer service. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional over something as minor as a bagel topping. I am disappointed that such a small request was handle

It is my first time trying this eatery, yeah, it is a recommendation from my friend. But I am really frustrated now. I ordered the Gourmet Cheesy Hash Brown, but it is sold out. I can understand that the hash browns were sold out, and it would have been fine if you had replaced them with another bagel. But what really upset me is that no one discussed this with me. Instead, I was just handed a bagel I didn’t recognize—when I went to pick up my order, the staff only checked my order number and gave me the food, without mentioning the change. It wasn’t until I got back to the office and was about to open the bag that I noticed some handwritten words on it. At that point, I was still hoping it might be a good bagel. But after just one bite, I found it really hard to continue eating. Now I’m left feeling very hungry and very disappointed.
